  • A new anodic oxidation process with high current density was developed for rapid forming film on aluminum alloys.With the new process the film was formed rapidly,the oxidation temperature range was wide,the film thickness was high,the surface quality was good and the working life was improved greatly.The film forming mechanism was discussed.The micro-phenomenon of film is analyzed by some physical models.
