ANALYSES AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR LEAKAGE OF NH3-EVAPORATOR IN SCREW REFRIGERATOR

After analyses and investigation,the reason for the leakage of 2 NH3-evaporatos was found out.The electrochemical corrosion was the direct reason,and NH4Cl crystallization′s corrosion under filth was the indirect reason.The impact of corrosion to the heat exchange tube was analyzed,and some kinds of protection,such as cathodic protection,have been taken.The refrigerators work well after a long period of time.
