THE LEAKAGE OF SOLVENT DESORBER IN A BUTADIENE EXTRACTION PLANT WITH ACETONITRILE METHOD

The leakage and treatment of solvent desorber in a butadiene unit of organic synthesis plant are introduced.Through macroscopical observation and integrated analysis of the leakage area,the main reason of leakage was found to be the welding defect of the welding seam.The comprehensive effect of partial acidlity of working medium,flowing status of fluid,nocuous material in atmosphere,together with the overlong usage,largely increased the corrosion rate and caused the leakage.The improving methods are presented.
