Corrosion Failure Analysis of Heating Furnace Tubes

The corrosion failure reasons of furnace tubes in a refinery were analyzed,based on test results of macrographic observation,mechanical test,metallography,SEM and X-ray Spectrum.Improvement measures of material selection,structure design and manufacturing process are also recommended.
