  • The influence of single-added fly ash with different amounts,coatings (epoxy resin or water proof paint) and cooperation on chloride ion corrosion resistance of concrete was studied and the action mechanism of fly ash was analyzed.The concretes ability to resist chloride ion penetration can be largely improved by fly ash or coatings and the effect increases with increasing fly ash amount.Improving effect of epoxy resin is better than that of water proof paint and cooperation of fly ash and coating is the best.The pozzolanic effects,packing role and original capability of binding the chloride ion of fly ash are mainly responsible for the improvement of concrete's ability to resist chloride ions penetration.
