  • Application performance analysis was made between Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr alloy anodes prepared by new and old techniques. Comparison experiments were conducted in production cell, mainly for studying the zinc output, service life of anode, consumption of electricity per ton zinc and lead content in zinc products. Through performance comparison between two anodes, the difference between Pb-Ag-Ca-Sr alloy anodes prepared by new and old techniques was found in aspects of consumption of electricity and service life, ahich provides the foundation for lead-based anode improvement in the following time.
