  • The curing agent of solvent-based inorganic zinc silicate primer——TEOS hydrolyzate was prepared by TEOS hydrolysis under acid condition,and the effect of degree of hydrolysis and pH value of acid water on the storage stability of TEOS hydrolyzate was studied by the method of increased storage temperature.The results showed that the TEOS hydrolyzate had good storage stability when the degree of hydrolysis was 80% and the pH of acid water was 2.5,the storage period was up to 12 months at room temperature,The inorganic zinc silicate primer had the characteristics of rapid surface drying,excellent adhesion and good corrosion resistance etc,when the above TEOS hydrolyzate was used as curing agent.
