Abstract
Oleic acid imidazoline corrosion inhibitor(OAC) was prepared by the reaction of diethylenetriamine with oleic acid, while the dimethylbenzene as the water-carrier. In the raw materials the molar ratio between diethylenetriamine and oleic acid was 1 to 1.2. And then using domestic perfluoro-1-octanesulfonyl fluoride as raw material, triethylamine as deacid reagent, with the reaction temperature of 50 ℃ to 55 ℃ and the reaction time of 4 h to 6 h, an orange oleic acid imidazoline inhibitor(FOAC) containing fluorine was obtained with the productivity of 93%. The structure of the product was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(IR). Using weight loss method, the inhibition efficiency of the product on Q235 steel in the medium of hydrochloric acid was measured. Wetting angle determination indicated that the fluorine containing imidazoline corrosion inhibitor was more suitable for the oil pipe. And thermogravimetric analysis showed that the inhibitor had good thermal stability, most quick weight loss when the temperature reached 319.36 ℃.
