Optimization of Over-potential Influence Factors in Process of Waste Hydrochloric Acid Electrolysis

    • Using the dynamic potential polarization measurement technology, the polarization curves of titanium alloy, graphite, stainless steel and copper under the conditions of different electrolyte concentration, different temperatures and different current densities were measured. The results showed that when electrolyte was mixed with HCl(7%) and NaCl, electrolysis temperature was 70 ℃, current density was 0.2 A/cm2, the anodic material was titanium alloy and the cathodic material was stainless steel, the cell voltage was low, voltage efficiency was high and energy consumption was low.
