Application of Phosphating Treatment Technology to Steel-Aluminium Composite Parts

According to the material characteristics and the formula for a phosphating technology which could treat steel and aluminium simultaniously was developed.The effects of technological parameters on phosphating film were investigated.The design ideas and essentials were discribed.The corrosion resistance of steel and aluminium was 55~60 s and 43~50 s respectively by test of CuSO4 drop.
