Atomic Oxygen Erosion on Space Materials in LEO Environment and Protection Methods
The atomic oxygen (AO) in the low earth orbit (LEO) environment is being paid attention recently.This article describes the AO erosion on space materials and methods of ground simulation of AO erosion.The protection measures against AO erosion are reviewed.
