Abstract
The principles of corrosion and sacrificial anode and impressed current cathodic protection of offshore wind pile foundation are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of those two cathodic protection ways are compared, and the studies and applications including design, installation and debugging of the impressed current cathodic protection system in an offshore wind farm are expourded. The impressed current cathodic protection technology has broad application prospects in domestic offshore wind farms because of its characteristics of automatic and remote control; and its real promotion also depends on the accumulation of experience and successful cases of operation and management.
