Abstract
The three-layer-core-shell structure room temperature crosslinked styrene-acrylate emulsion containing ketone group and amino-group was synthesized.The effects of the thickness of mid-layer and functional monomer amount on the properties of the emulsion and its film were investigated.The emulsion and its film had the best performance when the ratio of mid-layer ∶ core ∶ shell layers was 1∶1∶1,and MAEEU and DAAM amount was 2% of the total amount of each layer respectively.The resulted coating had better antirust property compared with non-crosslinked styrene-acrylate emulsion coating.there was no rusting,no blistering,no peeling-off and no cracking after NaCl solution(3%) test for 720 hours.
