    Effects of Bath Temperature on Electroless Ni-P Plating of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy

    • The effects of temperature on micro-hardness,depositing velocity,corrosion resistance,microstructure and morphology of the electroless plated Ni-P coatings on AZ31 magnesium were analyzed.The results revealed that the depositing temperature was an important parameter which influenced the coating performance greatly.The coatings with properties of bright surface,uniform and dense structure,strong adhesion with substrate,good corrosion resistance and so on were obtained when the depositing temperature was 85~90 ℃.
