ANALYSES AND CONTERMEASURES OF CORROSIVE HOLES OF DELIVERY LINE IN AN OIL FIELD

The special corrosive holes on delivery line in Shengli-Ken No.32 oil field are not easy to be examed and dealed with.They are fingerlike holes caused by internal corrosion and distributed irregularly.By the methods of XRD,EPMA,metallographic examination,material quality and impunity analyses,the main reason about the characteristic of penetration and distribution was confirmed.They were caused by difference between distribution and degree of impunities.Glass flake coating for internal protection,wire spirall-wound complex pipe or nitridizing technology were suggested to be countermeasures.
