    Conductive Property and Corrosion Resistance of Graphite Epoxide Resin Anti-static Paints in High-sulfur Crude Oil

    • An anti-static and corrosion-resistant paint with epoxide resin as film forming matter and graphite powder as carrier was prepared to solve the corrosion problem of high-sulfur crude oil.The effects of graphite content and sulfur concentration on the conductive property and corrosion resistance were studied by static immersion method.The results showed that the corrosion resistance and the conductivity could meet the requirements when graphite content was 35% at room-temperature.When temperature was 50~70 ℃,corrosion resistance was fairly good when graphite content was 45%.The effect of sulfur concentration on the corrosion resistance of anti-static paints was small.
