    Corrosion Kinetic Behaviors of Ni-Cr-Mo Alloys in Molten Salt under Vacuum Condition

    • The corrosion kinetics of Ni-Cr-Mo alloys in molten salt under vacuum condition was studied by weight loss method. The results showed that the corrosion depth increased and the corrosion rate reduced with increasing the corrosion time. The corrosion process was the disolution of alloying elements such as Cr and Mo into the molten salt, loosen surface of alloys and cavitation were formed and thus provided a channel for further molten salt corrosion.
