Analysis of Corrosion Data of Four Kinds of Weathering Steels Exposed to Atmosphere in Qingdao for 6 Years

Carbon steel and low alloy steels were widely used in the atmospheric environment and how to improve the corrosion resistance are got more and more attention. The corrosion rates of five kinds of steels exposed to marine atmosphere in Qingdao for 6 a were summarized and the effect of added elements including Cu, Cr, Ni and Mo on corrosion resistance of steels was analyzed， and the data of average corrosion depth was fitted. The results showed that added elements can promote the corrosion resistance， the corrosion resistance increases with the time grew.
