Abstract
By means of electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation(EPR) method the relationship among the sensitization degree(Ir/Ia), sensitization time(t) and sensitization temperature(T) of austenitic stainless steel after solution at 950 ℃ and 1050 ℃ was studied. According to the corrossion rate R and corresponding micro corrosion morphology, the related Rmpy -T-t was plotted and the influence of solid-solution treatment temperature on TTS curve was discussed . The intergranular corrosion resistance of the samples soluted at 1050 ℃ was better than those soluted at 950 ℃.
