Implantation Technique of Corrosion Inhibitors for Air Injection Enhanced Oil Recovery

The corrosion problems in air injection process for EOR(Enhanced Oil Recovery) in the Zhongyuan Oilfield are reviewed.The dose caculation formula of corrosion inhibitors for pre-film formation and normal demand in air injection wells and production wells is provided based on experimental results.The process procedures of inhibitor dosing are designed for field applications.Corrosion monitoring methods are also described.
