    An Efficient Degreasing Agent Used at Normal Temperature

    • A chemical degreasing agent used at normal temperature was developed. The results show that when optimal formulas of the degreasing agent were sodium hydroxide 10 g/L, sodium silicate 8 g/L, sodium carbonate 6 g/L, sodium polyphosphate 5 g/L, sodium pyrophosphate 1 g/L, sodium citrate 8 g/L, sodium phosphate 10 g/L, sodium 12 g/L, the skim rate reached 99%. The degreasing temperature of the agent is lower than that of other agents, and the anti-corrosion and antirust performance is greatly improved. This process route is economical and environmental.
