Corrosion Behavior of Gathering and Transporting Pipeline Steels in CO2 Multiphase Flow

    • The effects of temperature,CO2 partial pressure and ratio of oil to water on the corrosion of X65,Q235B and 16Mn in CO2 multiphase flow were investigated in an autoclave.SEM,EDX and XRD were used to analyze the micro morphology and corrosion products. The results indicated that the anti-CO2 corrosion ability in CO2 multiphace flow was in the order of 16Mn>Q235B>X65.The corrosion rate of the three materials increased with increasing the moisture and pressure .With increasing the temperature, the corrosion rate increased firstly and reached the maximum at 60 ℃,then declined and got the minimum at 90 ℃.
