    Synergistic Effect of Polyaspartic Acid and Malamine on Copper

    • The corrosion inhibition effect of polyaspartic acid (PASP), malamine and combing of PASP and melamine on copper was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and potentiodynamic polarization at 20 ℃. And the effect of molecular on corrosion inhibition was studied using the method of quantum chemical calculation. The results show that PASP had positive synergistic effect with melamine at 1∶1. And the method of quantum chemical calculation can be used to investigate the physicat and chemcal characteristics, adsorption mechanism and molecular structure of inhibitors.
