    Influence of Environmental Factors on Atmospheric Corrosion of Aluminum Alloys and Its Dynamic Time Dependence

    • The gray correlation grades between various environmental factors and atmospheric corrosion rates of LY12cz,L6M and LY12 in ten years were calculated and rated in sequence by gray incidence model.The main factors and dynamic time dependence in different corrosion times were analyzed.As results showed,SO2,Cl-,temperature and RH>80% were main factors correlated with the corrosion rates of the aluminum alloys ,especially the SO2 was.The influence of NH3 and dust on corrosion rate was neglectable.RH>80% associated with Cl- and Cl- associated with SO2 affected the corrosion rates of the aluminum alloys.The calculated results are in consistent with the atmospheric exposure results in seven areas.
